Job Description :

The GeneralManager’s primary responsibility and accountability includesproviding an exceptional and successful customer experience whileleading and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the Store incompliance with established policies and procedures.

TheGeneral Manager plans and implements the daily operations of theCollision Center to ensure that overall KPI’s and insurance metricsare met.

They are responsible to coach and empower each teammember’s performance and success in their individual roles. The General Manager will promote and maintain the highest qualitystandards of professionalism in serving all customers, and theGeneral Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of thecustomer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignmentwith all team members.

General Managers are committed toleading by example at alltimes.

$85,000 - 110,000 / year

KeyJob Responsibilities

Ensureconsistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way)plan.

Prepareand manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collisioncenter.

Forecast,target and track monthly sales, profit and expenseobjectives.

Deliverformal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performancereviews.

Monitorand maintain all A / P and A / R relating to the CollisionCenter.

Maintaina clean and organized repair facility at alltimes.

Monitorall maintenance required for all shop equipment, including thepaintbooth

Providetraining for all staff asnecessary

Ensureall staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dresscode.

Openand close the facility daily as per establishedprocedures.

Conductor coordinate daily production meetings / walks to confirmthrough-put and deliverydates

Manageall estimates to ensure labor mix is within establishedstandards. Manage storecapacity.

Leadand manage all repair facilitypersonnel.

Facilitatemonthly Health & Safety and staff meetings . Attendmonthly managersmeetings.

Attendtraining, information sessions and workshops recommended by SeniorLeadershipTeam.

StoreCSI performance review and follow up within 24hours.

Educationand / or Experience Required

Post-SecondaryEducation orequivalent.

Provenleadership experience in a collision repair environment or similarrole.

RequiredSkills / Abilities

Attentionto detail and a high degree ofaccuracy.

Abilityto consistently demonstrate a successful clientexperience

Communicateclearly both verbally and inwriting.

Abilityto motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools andmanagementskills.
